Prudential California Realty recently announced that James Jam was the number one ranked individual agent, out of the company’s 1,350 agents in San Diego County, for his sales production last year. The achievement earned Jam the Chairman’s Circle Diamond award for a remarkable seventh consecutive year.
“Although I have been the #1 individual agent in San Diego for a number of years in the past, this year’s award is especially meaningful considering the challenging market conditions that we have been facing,” said Jam, a veteran agent with 23 years of experience.
With an MBA in Marketing, Jam has earned a reputation for his ability to develop a customized marketing plan that meets the specific needs of each home owner and property he represents. The results speak for themselves. Among James top accomplishments include being placed in Prudential’s national top 100 for his sales, ranking in the top ½ of one percent of the company’s 54,000 agents nationwide.
When asked to explain the secret to his success, Jam commented that, “I love working with people, and my background in marketing has given me the necessary tools to be successful in marketing and selling homes.” He also acknowledged that his focus on the goals of his clients and lifelong commitment to learning, which continually drive him to advance his knowledge of real estate, law and marketing, have been essential to his ongoing success.

James Jam has once again been recognized for his outstanding sales performance. For the first three quarters of 2009, Jam ranked number 26 for his sales production, and number 54 for the number of homes he sold, out of 3,400 Prudential agents in Southern California. COAST CITIES — The offices of Prudential California Realty have been active places since the beginning of 2010.
Realtor Jim Sayour, of Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office, was recently asked to play the piano at a reception promoting emerging technologies in cancer treatment, held by the Scripps Health Foundation, at La Jolla Country Club. Sayour donates his time to play the piano every Thursday, to reduce the stress of the patients and family members at Scripps Memorial Hospital Trauma Center La Jolla.
Nicki Marcellino, manager of Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office, welcomed Gwen Coronado, a broker associate, to her team of real estate professionals.
Coronado created www.FengShuiSanDiego.com to provide a resource for people interested in the ancient Chinese art.
Realtor Jeannie Gleeson, of Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office, recently celebrated her 20th anniversary in the real estate business and James Jam has once again been recognized for his outstanding sales performance. For the first three quarters of 2009, Jam ranked number 26 for his sales production, and number 54 for the number of homes he sold, out of 3,400 Prudential agents in Southern California.
Eric and Peggy Chodorow, a mother-son team based out of Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office, were recently honored by the company for achieving a sales volume of more than $59 million last year. Team Chodorow placed second out of 185 agents in their office for their sales production during 2009.
Realtor Claire Melbo was recently honored as the No.-3-ranked individual real estate agent in Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office, for her sales production in 2009. Prudential’s La Jolla branch posted a higher sales volume than any of the company’s 58 offices.
